PASSIONATE ABOUT #MNTECH

I founded InboxDollars from a dorm room (literally) as a college freshman in 2000. InboxDollars is a 2-sided marketplace that connects consumers and marketers in a mutually beneficial way — consumers earn cash rewards for their digital activities and marketers pay to engage consumers in a performance-based model. After building a successful college hobby company, I assembled a world-class team and together we bootstrapped the company to >$25 million annual revenue, 40 employees, and international operations in the U.K. and Canada.

In 2019, InboxDollars was acquired by Prodege, LLC, parent company of Swagbucks, MyPoints, ShopAtHome and Upromise. The transaction increased Prodege’s total consumer membership to more than 100 million worldwide. I served as a member of Prodege’s leadership team until 2021.

I’m active in the MN tech and start-up community as a mentor, advisor, and angel investor. I mentor tech companies through MESA, MN Cup, and Techstars programs. I serve as a formal advisor to a small number of companies that have potential to disrupt their industries.

As an angel investor, I focus mostly on Seed-stage Enterprise SaaS, Consumer Internet, and Marketplace companies.
